Obsession

Ever since our honeymoon Douglas and I have been obsessed with tacos or Mexican food in general. When I got home from my mission the first thing I wanted to eat was a chipotle burrito. I love Mexican food and so does Douglas. About once a week (sometimes more) we have taco night. Which includes all of our favorite toppings and recently we are trying to add new things. I have been searching on the internet for recipes that mimic the Chipotle experience. So far I haven't had any huge successes but I going to just keep trying. For date night this week we are going to East Boston to eat at one of our favorite authentic Mexican restaurants. One of the many joys of Boston...excellent ethnic food :)
