Working at a gym

Working at a gym that is geared toward professionals helps you come up with unique exercises. For example I received an email today from our corporate office recomending the following exercise:

Exercise Three - Butt SqueezesThe easiest exercise that you can do at your desk is butt squeezes. You can even do them while you are on the phone or typing up a report. Simply squeeze and release your buttocks muscles several times. This is the number one exercise that will help prevent "office chair spread" of your hindquarters.

Who has ever heard of "office chair spread" that is hillarious, probably because it is so true. So I will prescribe butt squeezes for anyone who is stuck behind a computer screen for most of the day. But also getting up and taking a brisk walk would also be good to keep away from the "office chair spread".
