We decided to buy car camping gear with our tax return! We got really excited and Friday night turned into a camp-out in our new tent! We were really excited about our 6-man tent which we bought for only $70 at Dicks! We also bought a queen sized mattress that fit comfortably in our tent. We were really excited about this tent because it is almost all windows :) We think our mattress will probably start floating if it ever rains but I guess we are willing to take the chances. So if anyone is interested in visiting we can now sleep 6 more people on our deck! By the way that is our house in the background. We live in an upstairs apartment and we set up our tent on the patio....we have a huge deck and are excited for barbecue season.

How fun!!! We are still waiting for our tax return. I hope we can buy something as cool as you guys bought!!! I guess if we ever make it out to Boston you can always stick us out on the porch!!
That is a great deal on a tent! Marcus has already spent his tax return on a new shotgun but I still haven't decided! Let's keep in touch!

I love summers for camping and barbeques. We may actually try taking the boys this year. The Cannon boys love to grill. Have you seen your hubby pop a piece of raw meat into his mouth while he is grilling? yuck.
